Everything I have posted is in the public domain.
I asked the mod what exactly is unfounded but have had no reply.

I don`t see any reason not to have it open. Plenty of threads about restaurants & coffee shops in that forum.

Only the mod can explain why, we in the Helpdesk can't.

However I would personally think it's clear and understandable that they do not want to attract potential defamation or libelous claims about businesses.
