Great news, is there anything as awful as Mick Fitzgerald talking semi-coherent crap, well yeah there is, Claire Balding kissing Royal Ass. A truly dire selection of presenters, who the hell would employ them outside of the BBC.

The British raiders failed to make their presence felt, with Roger Varian's Ektihaam and Most Improved from the Brian Meehan stable meeting all sorts of traffic problems.
John Gosden's Gregorian was stuck wide throughout and was also well beaten. French Fifteen, second to Camelot in the 2000 Guineas at Newmarket, was another who never had any chance as he found himself behind a wall of horses in the straight. For those saying the number of horses in the Derby was disappointing. Today's French version shows what can happen with a big field. 20 runners over 10 furlongs, excuses galore and some genuine hard luck stories no doubt. |

Brilliant performance. The O' Briens show real class and genuine grace in how they conduct themselves.
I wish Clare Balding stuck with Countdown. She was OTT even by her standards. Even Willie was embarrassed standing beside her and that says a lot. What a clown. |

Aidan or the O Briens and he may even have thanked the guy who fills the horse boxes with diesel. Aidan too is so humble and I thought he pulled something in his back when he met Lizzie as he was bowing so long. Hope they break many records in whatever the future holds for them, they are a credit to Ireland. |
