I read somewhere on here that the timing belt on a 1.5dci Qashqai needs to be done after 120,000kms or 5 years.

I have a 08 diesel Qashqai, and I'm wondering is there anywhere online that I can confirm this?
Does anyone have experience with them?

Have you checked your owners manual? It should be in there.

Yeah, front to back and I thought I must be going blind because I couldn't find it. Will go through it again on Monday if I can't find a definitive answer before then.

Was just talking to a friend who has done that work at 120 k and when you do the timing belt you do the water pump etc

It's 120k or 5 years, whichever comes first
