hey i was just wondering how you would go about applying for a transfer from college (art more specifically) to another college, i know that people normally transfer from their first year in college to the second year of another subsequent college.

Im curious because its a transfer you obviously wouldn't re submit your old portfolio would you?

If anyone has any information about this would really appreciate it thanks
