i was messing around and i felt a weird click or something under my left shoulder blade and then i could barely move without alot of pain.it hurts alot to sit/lie down or alot of upper body movement and when trying to walk.i have motocross on sunday and i cant miss it.what will i do and whats wrong?
should i go to the doctor or physio?

It might be what is sometimes called a "trapped nerve" or it might be something else.

In any case, go to a doc or physio before the race. If you can't get an appointment, don't do the race.
