I have been on boards for years!
My boyfriend is not on this and does not work on a computer or have his own laptop!
He also never asked me to ask for him but maybe being a nice girlfriend and asking for him is a crime these days!
Also 2 of his friends who are on computers all day and have iphones have been on the portal constantly looking for tickets but even when they are available they keep missing out/getting refused etc.
they have Croatia tickets which they got from the portal but cant get for the other 2!!

I dont think anyone has an issue with new poster looking for tickets. I know personlly there have been a few lurkers trying to get tickets but have not posted. Many of them have just posted a thanks after being able to get tickets. And there are some people that only know now they can go. I am fortunate I work at a computer so had plenty of time to view the portal.

I think the point is just that there are some people that have decided on a whim to go and think its like getting tickets for a LOI match. Most of the lads that have planned were able to get sorted. And a few have been able to help others out. I actually know a lad who is going to Croatia now because his dad got some tickets of a politician so why not.

I hope everyone gets sorted though and the more Irish in Poland to cheer on the lads the better! COYBIG

Hey Katie,

I'm sure he was just expressing a bit of frustration having been through the mill over the past few months on the portals. On the face of it, it did look like you were coming out of nowhere looking for a big pile of tickets a couple of weeks out from the tournament but from what you say you and your mates have also had it rough looking for tickets too.

Let's hope everyone can get sorted that needs tickets - I am sure there will be more available on the portal and a few spares both on and off my daily list.

I would hang in there if you can until the last minute before you go to touts and make that your final option. It does seem that there are many touts out there now trying to offload tickets to Ireland games and other ones so hope springs eternal...

Just a thought but I presume there will be a lot of tickets available around Poznan and gdansk on the day of the matches or around the stadium. Just have to try and not get hustled.

its the nites of the matches wer the price went sky high, its usually about 60euro a nite to stay in it, actually the hotel next door the grand sofitel is a better hotel....im in the sheraton for my whole trip maybe well get a beer

seems to b a few people offloading there cat1 tkts, as they have picked up cheaper cats over the last few weeks..so expect around the 150euro mark

cat 3 restricted view for spain and italy went up on sat nite during euro cup final, and wer available for at least 14 hours there was a brave load of them

must agree fully, a lot of season tkt and block book holders did not get tkts through fai allocation, some only got ccat3 restricted few 2nd time around...why did uefa not sort these people with all the cats3 restricted view that went up on sat nite..only possible view is these tkts wer in the spain part of restricted viewing area

I see the portal is back to normal. One game in Poland up, the rest of them are in Ukraine. It is unbelievable that there are still tickets for ENG v FRA, all cats still available.
At the risk of repeating what was said hundreds of times already, what muppet(s) decided that Ukraine would be a good place for a tourney.
