Two left - tomorrow and Thrusday. Both hour and half exams. They should be fairly straightforward.

This year has really dragged out. The exams were really spaced out - had a week off at the half way stage. Would have preferred at least two exams a week, to keep off the momentum. I've been in holiday mode since then and haven't really gotten back stuck into the study since.

At least they're nearly finished, anyway.

I'm doing my Master's in English Literature. Coursework involved four essays to do during the year, each essay being between 5000 and 7000 words. Two were due in January and my final two are due in a week. Hence why I haven't started on my thesis at all yet. I've been frying my brain ever since lectures ended trying to get these essays done. By the time August rolls around I'll have written approximately 45,000 words. Thesis is 20,000 too.

What field are you in? You're dead right getting stuck in this early, your thesis'll be near perfection by September.
Worth around 45/50 per cent. It's an MA in History, specifically US foreign policy. Good luck with yours!

Those doing exams/assignments, push on! The end is nigh and your hard work will pay off. Keep going and be successful!

Last final year exam is this Thursday, with an early start, 9:30am.
The weather is looking warm and sunny though so a long day in various beer gardens awaits

can anything be done if one of the Exam people interrupts someone in an exam 3 times to ask the student questions about something which has nothing to do with the exam?

lodge a complaint with the Exams Office and ask for the matter to be brought to the attention of the exam board

That's totally unacceptable. Ditto what Jacko1 says.

What on earth possessed the invigilator to interrupt you during the exam? Did s/he know you? How long were you delayed for?

it wasn't me, but the delay was enough for him to lose where he was in the exam, she was just interested in something he had on him (that wasn't contraband in an exam)

ill pass on the information,

thank you.

Final exam in just over an hour and a half. Feels strange to be so close to the end of the degree...
