Just seen that I can't afford Aguero unless I take a 4 point hit. prob not worth it.

I really hope Rooney and Jelavic have quiet games.

Actually, to be honest I hope Jelavic breaks a leg... Ireland could do without facing him in the Summer.

Need a bit of advice for the last GW. One money league wrapped up with a +60 lead but have a slender 24 point lead in the big paying league.

Team at the moment:
Begovic
Sagna - JEvans - Taiwo - Kelly
Dempsey - Pienaar - Valencia - Bale
Jellyfish - RVP - Cisse
Subs: Vorm - Siggy - Taiwo - Simpson

Have one FT and 6m in the bank. The idea is to get Kompany in for Sagna which will give me Citeh cover and clear an injury concern. Don't want to gamble of points hits paying off for me. So is Kompany a good move or is there a better one?

Kompany sounds good. Evans is still injured too, though I wouldn't waste 4 points getting rid of him though. You have Taiwo in twice btw

24 points is a decent enough lead for 1 gw tbh. How many of the same players do u and your rival have? The more the better, for u it should be about having as many blockers as possible now and ideally the same capt as him forvthe last gw. Keep an eye on how many transfers he makes too.

I was hoping Evans would be back in contention this weekend. Worst case is Taiwo (one of them ) plays and picks up a point.

He's made 1 transfer so far this week. We have in common are RVP, Dempsey, Valencia, Evans and Simpson in common. I'm assuming his transfer was to bulk his defense with Simpson being out. The reason I'm nervous of the 24 points is that he has the options of captaining Rooney and Ade. If Rooney has a big weekend he could have 20 points on me easy.

Very unlikely he's gone for a defender imo. If I was looking to make up 24 points, I'd be looking to get a striker/midfielder who has the potential to score heavily ie Torres/Aguero/Tevez etc. My advice would be to check how much money he has in the bank now and try to work out who he got in this week. If u can't work out who it is, keep an eye on price rises this week and see if his team value rises coincide with a specific player's value rising. It'll be a pain in the hole trying to work out who it is but if you find out who it is and get that player in yourself, he has no chance of catching you.

Felini and Verm to Yaya and Terry
OR
Rooney and Verm to Terry and Aguero

Any thoughts ? I have a 20 point lead at the moment and this would cost 4points
Second place still has a wildcard - i have feeling he hasnt realised

Begovic not playing. Sorensen in goals because of Euros.

Have already used my FT this week bringing in Kompany, I have Cisse, Tevez and Jelavic up front though and dont reckon both Cisse and Jelvic will score big in their match this weekend! Big question is, who to drop and who to bring in as a replacement??

Any suggestions?? Was thinking maybe Adebayor or RVP? Dont know if either are worth the risk though but definitely think i should shift 1 of Cisse/Jelvic!

Don't shift either at a 4 point hit.

I think some people are going nuts this week, swapping out players that are guaranteed a start and could play a stormer. You are expecting the player you bring in to score a goal more just to break even.

Im too far behind to catch first now but im right behind a friend of mine and really want to beat him(for nothing more then bragging rights unfortunately) and was thinking that the max i will get from 1 of either Cisse or Jelavic is 2 while the other will score big?

RVP seems to have found his scoring boots again or my other option is to play 5 in midfield? I already have Siggy, Moses, Dempsey, VDV and Ben Arfa. maybe it would be better to just bench one of my forwards and hope my midfield will run amok?

I can see Jelavic nicking a goal maybe, and Cisse being Cisse.

I took an 8 point hit.

I'm 44 points behind and 30 ahead of my nearest opposition so I brought Bos, Aguero and Silva in.

Would really appreciate some advice here as I am doing my nut here trying to decide what to do. I'm 26 points clear in my main league going in to the last week, a nice lead but if I blow this I will never be allowed to forget it. Here's my rivals team

Shwarzer, Al-Habsi

Wheater,Bosingwa,Enrique,Simpson,Evans

Bale,Pienaar,Dempsey,Ben Arfa,Mata

Cisse,RVP,Jelavic

He has two free transfers, I know he needs to bring in a defender as wheater, simpson and evans are all out, I'm guessing he will replace cisse or jelavic as the other one but not sure who with, he has 1.4 in the bank. This is my starting team for the week

Al-Habsi
Figueroa,Hibbert,Walker
Bale,Pieenar,Dempsey,Valencia
Rooney,RVP,Cisse

Mignolet,Wheater,Shotton,Johnson

I'm quite happy with my team but I am uncomfortable not having any city cover going in to the final game. I don't think he can afford to get Aguero or Tevez, but maybe he will bring in Silva or Yaya so I was considering bringing in one of those. I only have 0.1m in the bank and 1 free transfer.
