3.5mm 3 Pole to 3.5mm 4 Pole Adapter

I have a PC headset which I use on my PlayStation, I use an amp for game audio but I'm having trouble setting up my Mic. I'm using a singstar usb connection for my Mic input, it's connected fine but my Mic doesn't work properly.
I've discovered my iPhone headphones/Mic work okay.
My understanding is the iPhone jack has a 3.5mm 3 ring 4 pole jack but my headset has a 3.5mm 2 ring 3 pole jack, which is where the problem lies. Is there an adapter I can.use?

The 3 ring connector contains Left & Right audio plus an extra ring for the MIC signal. The standard 2 ring jack just contains Audio L&R. The 2 ring jack will work when plugged into the 3 ring socket but for audio out only, a 3 ring plug will work in a 2 ring socket again audio out L&R only - no MIC.

There's no adaptor to convert between the 2 as far as I know. Unless your headset has some special bespoke connector specific to the Singstar unit ?

Not sure exactly which way you want to go... this will let you use a mobile headset (TRRS 3.5 mm) with two TRS 3.5 jacks, e.g. the pink and green mic/headphone connections on a PC.

The product description is wrong; take a look at the reviews.
