Am I wrong to think this paper is pointless?

It's conclusion seems to be that "the morphology of theropod skulls is strongly associated with dietary preference as well as phylogenetic affinity". Or am I just too slow to understand it?

I am not sure what conclusion to make from that, I dozed off halfway through reading it. No insult intended to the two authors, but it was just a bit too long winded for me. And i was tired when I clicked on the link.
