Same thing happened to me OP and I decided I ask the nurse if she'd like to have dinner. When I awoke, I was strapped to a bed with a block of wood between my ankles which, after small talk, she then proceeded to break both with a sledgehammer. She made me write the ending to a book she had been reading.......

Ring the hospital, tell them you have a delivery but only have her first name and the dept. she works in and that you require her surname.

After this send her name to me and I will tell you where she lives....
