Hi all:

After visit to clinic, GP said take 1x 100g tablet a day of evening primrose oil.

Bottle says take 3 x 100g a day.

I'm presuming doctors advice best. Any opinions b4 we confirm with GP tomorrow? Ta

Have you stomach problems or anything? Apparently nausea, stomach upsets, soft poo (felt icky just writing that!) can be side effects. Headaches too. [Link]

Always a good idea to check with the doctor anyway, just in case there is a reason for the lower dose.

Only your GP can answer that one I'm afraid. If you're unsure it's best to give them a quick call to confirm.
