Michael Hoey needs a kick up the backside if you ask me. He's a far, far better player than his ranking suggests he is.

Whenever he wins, it's very impressive and technically he looks to have all the shots and can make it look very easy at times. I wish he'd get more out of his game, he's too good to be missing out on playing in majors etc.

Anyway, great to see 2 Irish lads fighting it out, a pity Damien couldn't hang on but he makes too many soft bogeys to be in contention more.

Hopefully Graeme can complete the set of Irish winners this week, I really fancy his chances.

I think that is his 4th win in less than three years, which is really good. What is strange is how few Top 10s he has other than his wins. It seems to be all or nothing for him most of the time.
