rooster in cork city

Our neighbour in the estate in cork city has decided to get a rooster who crows all day and wakes us at 4:30am. is it legal?

The procedure is different depending on whether they're a private tenant, a local authority tenant or an owner-occupier.

LOL - this is classic nuisance - so classic I think one of the cases we did involved a rooster

Basically no it isn't but the first thing you need to do is attempt to polietly deal with it informally - beyond this the procedure is indeed different as stated above.
