Hi, Hoping for a bit of help on this got a letter from Eflow stating that I have an outstanding balance that must be paid for a car I sold 2 years ago. I havent received any STR's or UTN's as suggested by the letter. Taxbook for the car was filled in by new owner and posted when sold.
Any assistance greatly appreciated.

contact dept of transport in shannon 1890411412 and make sure the vehicle ownership was transferred. did you post the taxbook or did you leave it to the buyer to do?
