Shop buyer wont respond after sale agreed
Hello, i'm running shop account, and just first time posting here.
Yesterday I got notice that one of my adds is sold, but there was no message or pm from buyer. Buyer choosed to pay by cash on collection. I've pm'ed buyer for deatils, but got no respond. What should i do now? I lost my add at listing, lost my add listing fee and 3.5% sales commission charged from my account
