Selling Meat online

Im doing some research for a local butcher to see if he should start selling meat online. Basic idea is that the meat is produced in Kerry and is delivered to your door. Is this a good idea?

Hardly a new concept, there is a multitude of online sellers already, including Kerry, if you did a search

well ok, he wants to produce the meat in kerry and sell it to dublin consumers. His unique selling point is that he is has control over production, that the meat is of superior quality etc. Would kerry farmer meat have resonance witha dublin consumer?

Yes, and they can buy Kerry meat from at least one already existing online meat supplier, I don't get the survey. Has anyone actually replied to the survey? Tell ya what I'll tick the yes box for you just to be nice

It could work but only if your butcher undercuts other providers.
