Snoring is caused by the back of the tongue vibrating when you breathe in and out.

Best thing to do before you go to sleep is stick your tongue out as far as possible then stick a tooth pick through it to prevent it falling back in again.

I snore and she still loves me. apparently now she cannot sleep unless she hears snoring.

1. I snore when I sleep on my back.
2. when I am unfit

the chemists have some class of ring for your little finger to stop snoring. not sure if it works.
