Probably a good idea to provide some details on the venue and information on your background in organising tournaments like this.

We are cooperating with our friends from Xtreme gaming centre to pull off this event and the guys have been doing them events for a while now but it was never a public Lan party they were closed private parties. So now we are trying to do a decent public tournament in a smaller scale if it works out we are gonna go all in... The biggest threat to this event is NOT organization it is if enough people are interested in esports here in ireland to pull off an event like this. Btw as i mentioned you get the location and directions when you register as we dont really want any bystanders and walkins...

Sorry to be negative, but its been proven over and over again (by people who were a lot better organised than your initial post suggests) that there really isnt enough people in the country interested in eSports for anything other than lans about your size but usually smaller. Midlans and community driven lans (such as the recent starcraft lan) being the main exceptions.

Good luck though.
