Hi all,

Just wondering about the cold chicken you get in Deli's..I was down in my local supervalue there and got one...Ive always assumend it was chicken breast? Maybe its not? It looks a bit processed, any ideas on what they do to it or is it 'ok' to eat?

Why not buy few chicken breasts and bake them yourself? Then you more or less know what's inside, and you can keep it in the fridge for few days.
