IrishEyesPoker.com will host the first ever SharkRankings.com Online Ranking Event.

Hot on the heels of the first Live National Ranking Event, this weekend’s WPT Dublin, SharkRankings.com are delighted to announce the first Online Ranking games for 2012.

The tournaments will be €33 (€30 + €3) deepstack freezeouts will be held nightly on www.IrishEyesPoker.com, with the first of these games taking place on Monday, 9th January at 8:15pm and continuing every night throughout the year, seven days a week.

With a deep starting stack of 3,000 chips and 12 minute levels these nightly games promise to be popular with the recreational and professional players alike.

SharkRankings.com Online Leaderboard points will be issued to all players who finish in the top 10% of the field in each tournament, with at least three players receiving points. Exact points for both online and live tournaments will be calculated based on the number of players, the prizepool / buyin of the tournament and the finishing position of each player.

As well as the bragging rights that go with being at the business end of the rankings, the top ten players in the overall Online Rankings on SharkRankings.com at the end of 2012 will be given free entry into the SharkRankings.com Final Freeroll for a guaranteed prizepool of €10,000. They will join with the champions of each live club, online site as well as the other National Leaderboards to fight for the added cash.
