Just finished all 8 and have the following to sell. Interested in quick sales! All prices exclude postage & packaging! All manuals are INDEPENDENT college manuals and come with the Law society exam papers, as discussed below. All the papers have writing on them as do the manuals themselves but there are no pages missing etc...last 1 or 2 papers may be looseleaf. PM if interested – will get back to you quickly! Prefer payment via bank & will post when it transfers.
Will throw in copies of homemade exam grids for necessary subject on request.

EU manual – Summer 2010. This is fully post-Lisbon treaty with all treaty articles now in Lisbon format. €60.
Will sell with newest Backstone EU Treaties (below) for €70, excluded P&P. Has all papers with some writing - Oct 2010 will be included looseleaf.

Company Manual – Summer 2010. €50. Has all papers with some writing (Oct 2010 will be included looseleaf). Can sell with Companies Act (see below) for €105 excluding P&P.

V. little changed in sylabus since these manuals! :

Constitutional Manual – Winter 2009/2010. €45. Some bits of writing and highlighting. The content of the manual has only changed slightly since this edition. Has all papers with some writing (Oct 2010 will be included looseleaf).

Criminal Manual - Winter 2009/2010. €35. A lot of highlighting from previous owner. Also can include photocopy of my own handwritten notes in relation to procedure, i.e. arrest, bail, detention, right to silence etc.... as information in manual is not enough. This question almost always comes up.

Tort Manual – Winter 2009/2010. €35. Papers contain a lot of writing and highlighting. Doesn’t include April 2011 paper.

Equity Manual - Winter 2009/2010. €35. Some writing in papers. Doesn’t contain April 2011 paper.

Contract Manual - Winter 2009/2010. €35. Some highlighting. Doesn’t contain April 2011 paper. Will throw in Sale of Goods Act 1893 & 1980, the former already underlined & highighted. Doesn’t contain April 2011 paper. Writing in papers.

Property Manual - Winter 2009/2010. €30. Although this is pre-2009 Act, this Act doesn’t relate at all to Adverse possession or succession law – and these 2 areas cover 3 questions every year....the act relates to easements, coveneants....etc. There is reference to the new act when it was a bill and this analysis is sufficient.
Will in throw in Succession Act 1965 which has stuff already underlined in requisite places. This should save time.

Courtney Companies Acts 1963-2009 - €60. Most recent edition, tabbed already, which can be removed. A lot of highlighting and underlining in places – which may in fact be of benefit. No writing within acts as per rules

EU Treaties & Legislation 2010-2011 - €15. Already tabbed and highlighted – this may be of benefit. In any event the tabs can be removed. No writing within book as per rules. Ideal to sell with EU manual
