New TV - confused

Hello All,
Apologies if posted in wrong place.

I need a new TV but I am confused to what to get. At the moment I have a Freesat box and an old Skybox with free to air channels in another room. I have to get a new TV. Is it possible to get aTV that will cope with Free sat and Saorview without the respective STBs?
Budget is imited to €350-450 and would like some USB recording capability.
Thanks in advance

I believe Panasonic are the only ones at the moment. Probably outside your budget.
