Anyone know anyone who could install a kit cheaply enough?

It's a very straight forward DIY job. I fitted one to my car without any hassle at all. Plenty of instructions come with kits and also available on web depending on make/model of both handsfree kit and car.

I wrote a How to regards installing a Nokia Bluetooth Kit into a Passat a while ago you might find it useful:

What type of handsfree kit and car is it going to be installed into?

Some cars require ISO looms (rather than butchering the existing harness)and additional wiring harnesses (to provide functionality from steering wheel controls and dash displays).

There's a good question, no is the answer, always tell the people beforehand, do it as a nixer as I'm handy with auto work, and very tidy, fitted 60 or so with no problems. Have also refused to touch some vehicles, old model 7 series and an oil lorry come to mind for very reason of insurance. It's not exactly a big insurance risk if you install correctly, blown fuse should be the worst possible outcome.

Just PMed you details of a very good, professional, reasonably-priced installer

If the A5 has BOSE or B&O sound system you will require additional wiring for the sound to come through the car speakers

Can anyone recommend an installer in the D24 area that's reasonable? And not Halfords.
