What are the legal steps when creating a non-profit association? Do I have to register it? how? what are the limitations and how does it work whith the revenue?

Basically, where can I find everything related to create one?

Thank you, that's a big part of what I was looking for. The thing is what kind of status do I get if money is donated, then distributed but doesn't qualify as charity?
