What other options are there apart from tea itself?
I was thinking about nettle tea, but apparently they recommend young nettle roots. Unless i grow nettles, at this time of year i wont find many young nettles...

Fresh Chamomile and mint make a lovely tea. I've seen Camellia sinensis growing in Ireland as a shrub only (not for cultivation) ... I'm not sure of the drying process. You can just take one flowering head of Chaomomile and put it into a mug of boiling water and it tastes great, same with mint 2-3 leaves into a mug and bobs your uncle. I tried this with a fresh leaf of tea (Camellia sinensis) and it didn't quite have the same effect
