Hi, I purchased something through a website and used paypal to pay for it. I have not received my goods after 2 weeks and after doing some research in to the site I have found that people have complained about the site calling it a scam. Obviously should have did my research first
Anyway I have reported the dispute to paypal and emailed them also. Doe anybody know if paypal refund your money in the event the seller does not comply with the dispute? The details on his website are false and email do not send but I got his paypal email in my transaction history and sent and email to that address. However I am assuming he will not respond to my dispute on paypal so am just wondering what happens if he does not?
