[Les Paul]

Called this guy about his "Msport?" E46 320d. The interior looked sus and I asked him for the reg. I put it in Cartell and it came up as a ES model. Got to be careful these days.

Remember, an Bmw Msport is just a trim. Whereas an M is the proper sports car.. m3, m5, m6 etc

That one's just kitted as an Msport

Best ways off telling is looking to see if car has chrome, Msport suspension and wheels, and dead give away is interior. The seats in that the very basic bog satandard ones. Google M sport seats.

That's a UK import too, so maybe the specs varied over there. I think with the 5 you could buy an ES with the M-Sport kit on it, so maybe that's the story with that one.

Not fully true. M sport also has sport suspension and better steering.

Yes the full whack "M-Sport" package does, but parts of it can be spec'ed on any model, which is why some sellers will call their car "M-Sport". My old 530i had the MSport steering wheel, nice big M logo on it, but jelly suspension (not my doing). Though I didnt call it MSport..
