Hi folks,

Just as the title says, sister's Macbook (pro) bezel is cracked in 2 locations, left and right of the screen at low level. Has anyone got any idea if this is replaceable by the home computer nerd, or should it be left to the specialists? I've looked up ifixit.com and it seems straightforward, if a little time-consuming.

Anyone here done it?

if not, knock yourself out.
i fix PC's for a living and have noticed that my MAC counterparts charge way more because they think it 'specialist' work! hardly!

it would cost a fortune to take it to one of them!
