So im 29 and 5ft6 and weigh 75lbs.

trying to tone up and lose a couple of pounds.ive been in the gym nearly 3 months now and its going well, really look forward to going in the evenings,im also running during the day around lunch time and run 5k most days and every 3rd or 4th day i'd do between 8k and 10k and then go the gym that evening. the results are beginning to show so im happy enough but im unsure about my diet. any help or suggestions are very much appreciated.

current diet:

usually drink between 2-3 liters of water a day.

breakfast:0700
porridge or boiled egg on toast
apple or some grapes

lunch:
tuna salad, handful of mixed nuts, banana and a natural yogurt.

snack:grapes and a handful of cashew nuts

dinner:
steak with green beans and some baby potatoes,or chicken stir fry and rice,
tuna sambo.
Thanks in advance.

Hope you mean 175lb!

I would advise adding some weights to your routine, theres plenty of posts here if you search through. Also try some interval training with your running or fartlek training where you run fast for a minute and then run a little slower and mix it up a bit.
Your diet looks good, if I was nit picking maybe have some sweet potatoes instead of normal potatoes also make sure your have brown rice and check your portion sizes. Good luck with it!
