Most blu-rays are region free but I'm not sure about DVDs. I'd say google it...

Yup, from googling it, it seems DVDs are region locked.

PS3 games are region free....

Most new blu rays are also.....but DVD's are region coded....also ps2 games if you have a 60gb and wish to play them....
