My sister painted my bedroom door and window ledge in my bedroom last week and never put undercoat on. She just gave it a few coats of white gloss paint. The paint still smudges when you touch off it. Anyone know how i would get the paint off so i can paint it again? I dont know if you could sand it down because the paint is not fully dry and it looks like its not going to either as its been painted over a week ago.

Get one of them Electic paint stippers that heat the paint has u strip it.

You can pick them up from any B&Q.
