Not really though.
Does anyone here ever get a really sore back and neck from playing the guitar, standing up or sitting down when im finished playing my back is damn sore, if anyone knows this is the cause that would be great

Have you checked how you're holding your guitar and yourself? There's lots of sites out there on guitar posture, just do a search in Google:

Posture? What's so complex about putting a strap around your shoulder?
And Col, are you using something like a Les Paul? Because they're heavy Muthaf*ckers. And secondly, How low is your strap. Try not to have it too low. try and keep at the height of your waist or above. ie. If you look like a guitar playing gorilla, shorten the strap. and lastly, the obvious one, do you have back problems? |

That back crap just happens alright,
Try not to lean over to look at the fret board (you suposed to know the song lol) -Hold the guitar right or Get a high arm-rest-less stool like in bars with a straight back rest and sit straight in it holding the guitar proper Thats all i got |
