Hi,

Looking to build a HTPC for a friend. He's got most of the parts already but I was wondering about the best graphics card?

He won't be playing games (bar some MAME stuff).

I was thinking the ATI 3450? Or is there a better card for HD-DVD/Blu-Ray playback? He will be using Vista also.

if no games, look at the 2600pro or xt, much cheaper, and same hardware acceleration as the more exoensive cards
