Am I correct in thinking that means results for each subject in each year?

Probably... check with the admin/exams office (or whatever it's called) in your university, as they'll know the different types of transcripts that they can give you.

Just wondering what type of course is this for (Masters, taught, research or PhD)? Because a lot are requiring full transcripts these days.
