Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Anyone know of any surf shops (sligo/clare) that stock replacement fin screws?

    Sunset in Sligo has them, I got one there when I needed one once.

    think there just regular socket head bolts, any hardware store or mechanical electrical/outfitters should have some. just bring in a spare one or the fin & some one willl prob throw ya a couple for free

    They would just rust very very quickly in sea walter, be impossible to open after a while and leave dirty stains. Ordinary hardware stores or mechanical shops do not generally do or need to do the correct type of stainless steel.

    Would have thought the same too. Problem arose after using an allen key from my toolbox to remove a fin to repair the box
