    Thought this might be a laugh. If it works I'll sticky it.

    Basically its just like the Countdown numbers game, randomly pick 6 numbers from either 25, 50, 75 or 100 or 1-10 and a final number and post them. The rest of the posters have to try arrive at the total by addition/subtraction/multiplication/division with those numbers.

    In the show itself there are cards facing downwards containing the numbers that can be selected. There is one each of 25, 50, 75, 100 and 2 each of the numbers 1 to 10. So, the multiples of 25 up to 100 can be in your selection only once or not at all and the smaller ones up to a maximum of twice.

    So, in other words, from the following selection PICK ANY SIX CARDS.
    [25] [50] [75] [100]
    
    [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]
    [6] [7] [8] [9] [10]
    [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]
    [6] [7] [8] [9] [10]
    

    The first person to get the solution wins.

    Actually, as ecksor pointed out, in the show you can have any combination of big numbers (10, 25, 50, 75, 100) and single digits.

    Also the first closest after 12 hours is deemed winner in unsoved ones.

    i don't think this one is possibal but heres my closest

    (75 x (1+4+7)) + 25 +4 = 929

    12 hrs is a bit long they only get 30 seconds in the program

    Same difference but:

    (25+(5/5)) * (4 * (4-1)) = 312

    Also in the program I thought it used to be 25, 50, 75 and 100 and the tens were with the other smaller numbers!

Face down and available for selection are four cards containing big numbers (100, 75, 50 and 25) and 20 cards containing smaller numbers (two sets of 1 to 10). Players can pick any combination of these, e.g. two big numbers and four small numbers. They can also specify precise cards or the rows cards are to be picked from.

    I've been thinking about that, but it might be a topic for another thread. I can get 472 or 474 quite easily here, don't see 473 though (I selected the numbers myself, but I used a computer program to generate the target, btw).

    Mine can definitely be done, I have a solution for it if you want me to post, its a toughie.. havnt worked out the latest yet tho.
