Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

I don't think that's available, at least Google doesn't find it for me.
What's wrong with the regular number? Or just drive up if it's urgent.

As I said back when, the number is not available on the site and so not official
You can just use the main number and contact them this way https://ncts.ie/contact.html It seems the only way to book or rearrange bookings.
