Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi all hope this is in the right place
    A number of street lights are blowen in my est and airtricty and co council are washing there hands dew to problem with developer. Dose anyone know can we hire an electrician to replace the bulbs or do it ourselves. also any idea where to buy and cost of blub (Limerick area)

    Not necessarily - if the estate hasn't been transferred from the developer to the local authority or if the developer has set up a management company, Aitricity aren't responsible for it.

    OP - you need to talk to your local councillors and find out who is responsible.

    6 weeks after a fault I logged in an estate that was taken in to charge two decades ago, and its not been fixed. Not the most effective compared to when ESB Contracts had it.

    Sister in law is in same boat, any solutions here. Estate not taken over by county council and builders gone bust. Any solutiions?
