Master, you just got a good deal with the latitude, don't put the poor chap off. :D Even without a working battery, you'll still get around 75 quid for it. With a working battery you'd easily get someone to give you about 130. Depends on where you flog it.

PCs, you generally can always find someone to give you a good price, laptops even more so!

Even though the model is now 6 years old, with a half decent battery (>1 hour) you should easily get €200 here. There is extra value in the portability of the latitude

    I have a similar Dell 4600 setup,

    2.53Ghz P4
    768Mb Ram
    Nvidia Ti4600 128mb
    80Gb Hard disk
    56k Modem
    Network card
    Onboard sound

Actually a pretty fast machine, Quake 4 on Medium detail I **** you not.
Must have been masteroftherealm's Network card, so I guess its an enchanted Dell.

By the way the 'back plate' on that card was bent around like a horse shoe when I took it out of the static bag. Had to go blacksmith on its ass to get it to fit.
