Bishops quay and Steamboat Quay.

    Anyways I notice that the glass is starting to go into riverpoint building so got a picture of it as of today it looked like thisriverpoint.jpg
    and seeing as I was in the area, took this one of steamboat Quay

    i would be interested to know what the hell those black curly things going along the railings on the bridge are for. they look hideous at the moment.

    Edit: Ah i have it now

    That is on the corner of henry street and Mallow Street, accross the road from the redbrick church

    The bottom floor is occupied by a grocery store Gleeson's Londis Top Shop and the rest of the building is apartments.

    Whoops, sorry. Mind slip. Its the apartments, lol. My friend Paul used to live in one, probably still does :D

    actually those have just gone up in the last twelve months, they are next door to what used to be the eircom/ Telecom eireann building.

    A render of Bishops quay from roughly the same place the photo was taken, and what it should look like when it is finnished.

    actually if i get the chance I will see if i can get a picture of the new Casey's furniture shop building out in Raheen, its pretty cool looking.
