I cannot register for an account or pay a penalty, all I get is "update in progress". Tried all browers installed on my computer, google chrome, IE and Firefox. None work. Tried to access the site on my phone and got a warning saying the website certification is dodgy. I then googled my problem (http://www.google.ie/search?ix=acb&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=eflow+update+in+progess) loads of people have experienced this since the website started c2008??. What a farce. And this crowd expects you to give them your bank details. Fock off.

So nothing has changed then, still a crap company
